I had a great time during my two-night stay and I'm happy with my choice.

Clean, spacious room and it was a lovely surprise to have a large balcony, with wonderful views.
We didn't realise we had to put the sign on the door to have the room cleaned, I thought it would have been done automactically but it wasn't!

Lovely and comfortable stay, villa with many interesting details. Very tasty and fresh breakfast every day. The owner was looking after the guests and asked for personal preferences. Beautiful rooms with very modern bathrooms and lovely balcony with a mountain view.
If I could I would change two single beds to one double for couples.

A unique building with wonderfully appointed rooms. Not to be missed!
Hard to find a negative, but at least some fresh fruit with breakfast would be appreciated.

The room was spacious, clean and modern with tea and coffee making facilities. The building itself is like a gingerbread house and the wrought-iron work inside and out is beautiful! It is only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the town. The continental buffet breakfast is very good and they will make you scrambled eggs (and sometimes sausages) if you wish.
There wasn't a lot of tourist information available, such as leaflets of local attractions, but there are several tourist information offices in the town itself, so this wasn't too much of a problem. Maybe some extra pillows in the room would have been good. However, these are just minor things and I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

When you upgrade, the room becomes cozy and upscale, complete with a neat balcony to enjoy. Its location is spot-on, right next to the main street, ski resorts, and even the bus station 🏔️.

I liked that fabulous design of the hotel, very cute decor of the bedroom, room facilities such as kettle, cups, glasses, teabags, coffee etc., good breakfast, beautiful sauna room (included in a price), a good close distance to the Krupowki Street and of course :) a very kind and friendly attitude of hotel staff.
There is not such a thing :))

Excellent place for all age groups. I had a bad accident on my knee in Zakopane and the hotel staff were most helpful and did all they could to get me back to Dublin. and helped with all arrangements etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The only thing I did not like was having to leave the hotel--hopefully I'll get back..
